Younghwa is a third year PhD student in TISM and her interests are User Experience and Behavior, Personalization, Motivation, Emotional Attachment and Satisfaction. She worked as a product designer and user experience researcher in LG and Samsung Electronics,developing product design and user interfaces for consumer electronics products, and user research and testing. She holds a M.A. in Design Futures from Goldsmiths College, University of London, and a B.F.A. in Industrial Design from Hong-Ik University, Korea.
