Hsin-yi Sandy Tsai is a doctoral student in TISM. She is also a teaching assistant at MSU. She studied telecommunications and mass media in Taiwan before she came to MSU. She is interested in communications and technologies, especially communication policies, media selection, public media, civic engagement, and the social and psychological implications of media use and human-technology interaction.
