Han Ei Chew is a doctoral student under the supervision of Professor Mark Levy. His research interests include ICT for development and rural broadband adoption. Han Ei's current projects include an ICT4D study in Mumbai, India, funded by the International Development Research Centre, a rural broadband adoption study funded by the USDA and a computer centers study funded by the NTIA.
