Service to the Department
Recipient: Chris Hamrick Chris has been very diligent as a member of the MA committee for the past year, and has often volunteered for tasks for the department on behalf of his fellow graduate students. In addition, he has worked hard to connect to other MA students, and has been a leader in the classroom. |
Recipient: Andy Smock He has taught 110, a large-enrollment, required class as the instructor for 2 semesters now, going above and beyond the call of duty. This last semester he did so with only one TA. His SIRS are very positive and he takes his role as instructor very seriously. He is a model instructor and has been very willing to take on additional duties at the department's request. |
Recipient: Caleb Carr He has been TA for TC100 or instructor for TC100 in the past three and half years. He has been an excellent TA. His teaching evaluation is superb. TC100 students love to have him. |
